Shipping Options
FABLED offers free standard shipping on all orders over €50/$50/£50 unless indicated differently in the website eg special offers.
*Some products are excluded from certain transportation methods because they are classified as for example flammable.
*Therefore the transportation method in the check out may vary from the above table.
*Our main currency is EUR. Checkout prices in different currencies may vary from the table above.
Duties
Customs and import duties may be due and are not covered by us. Some countries charge a duty or tax on packages imported from the EU over a certain value. You may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any tax payments.
If Customs Duty is Unpaid
If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order!
Shipping Schedule
For all shipping options, orders must be received by 3 pm CET Monday-Friday to be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 3 pm and on non-business days will be picked packed and shipped on the next business day. To calculate the estimated arrival day, use the above-mentioned Delivery Lead Time for the applicable shipping options. The business day after the pick, pack and ship day is day 1 for the Delivery Lead Time calculation. The Delivery Lead Time is our best estimation based on the service levels of the transport company that we are using, We can’t guarantee the Delivery Lead Time.

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number if applicable, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
Return Policy & Process
We accept returns on products that are new, unused and sealed in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. All sheet masks or single use products are not eligible for return once opened. For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items.
fabled-beauty.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail. Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. You can only return products purchased in the fabled-beauty.com webshop.
Fabled offers free shipping for all eligible returns. Please email us Monday to Friday at hello@fabled-beauty.com for assistance on your return.
Please allow 14 days to process the return and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
